These panels consist of three layers: 

1. An outer metal roof sheet: The outer layer of these roofing panels is formed from durable metal roof sheets, coated with materials designed to withstand harsh weather and wind.
2. A PIR insulation core: Underneath the metal roof sheets, a PIR insulation core is applied. This core is a blend of various chemical components, providing excellent insulation. The core's thickness is a key factor in determining the overall insulation efficacy of the roof metal panels.
3. An inner metal roof sheet: The combination of two steel layers with the insulation core in between results in a robust, sandwich-like structure. This design ensures strength and rigidity. The inner layer also provides a polished finish, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
4. Roofing membrane: Our FALK roof decking products are suitable for TPO or PVC single-ply membrane applications.

This system works well for slopes ranging from a slight 0.25:12 to a more noticeable 1.5:12. The FALK RDEK 40 panels come ready for TPO or PVC application, with a primed and coated exterior.
