FALK Bouwsystemen BV, based in Ede, and Hardeman BV, located in Veenendaal, have taken an important step and are entering into cooperation in the production of insulated panels.

In recent years, FALK, as a producer of insulated panels, has been working on opportunities to increase its production capacity. Due to increasing customer demand and full production lines in Ede, the best solution for an expansion was sought. At the same time, Hardeman BV from Veenendaal, a specialist in sustainable building solutions, faced the challenges of changing legislation and stricter fire safety and sustainability requirements.

After positive discussions between the two parties, we came to the conclusion that it would be ideal for FALK to organise and carry out production for roof and wall cladding on Hardeman's new modern sandwich production line in Veenendaal. That way, both companies are doing what they do best: FALK produces sandwich panels, Hardeman BV realises sustainable building solutions and supplies its (trade) customers with a complete range of steel and building products. The strategic partnership enables FALK to realise the required capacity expansion, while Hardeman BV can directly benefit from the advanced technologies that FALK offers in terms of fire resistance, sustainability and product performance.

FALK will take over Hardeman BV's production site of sandwich panels and profiled panels at Moleculenstraat in Veenendaal as of 1 April 2025. The takeover concerns purely the production of insulated panels and uninsulated profiled panels.

For customers of both FALK and Hardeman BV, this cooperation means even more possibilities. Both FALK in Ede and Hardeman in Veenendaal will continue to be available for all your roof and wall cladding needs.

The partnership between the two family businesses will be further developed in the coming months and will take effect from the 1st of April 2025.
