Fits perfectly on TR3+ sandwich panels and profiled sheets
These triple-crown trapezoidal clear roof panels let the light shine. They are designed to combine perfectly with FALK 1100 TR3+ insulated roofing panels and profiled sheets. All these TR3+ panels have a working width of 1100mm, making them that little bit more efficient to work with than other roof panels.
Clear polycarbonate roofing panels
The polycarbonate panels are finished with a film that does not discolour and acts as a UV barrier for optimum light transmission.
The FALK 1100 TR3+ is available in two versions: the opal version, which has a milky colour and a light transmittance of 40%, and the clear version, which has a light transmittance of 74%. Both panels help to create a healthy working and living environment.
Building insulation A roof’s insulation depends on the function of the building. If insulation is not a major concern, single-skin profiled sheets are often the preferred choice. In such cases, FALK clear roofing panels are a good alternative. If insulation is important, for example in stables, riding halls, storage or other buildings, sandwich or EKO panels are often chosen. Here you need to think carefully about whether you want clear roofing panels or rooflights, as rooflights offer much better insulation.
Panel length Although the maximum length is 8 metres, our advice is not to order more than 5 metres; this is because polycarbonate can work under different weather conditions. In most circumstances, solar panels can be installed on FALK insulated roof panels, but this will depend on the chosen span of the panels and the substructure. Always seek professional advice in order to avoid any potential problems. Special brackets are available that can be mounted on our sandwich panels.
