The FALK 1000/40 GL is a steel profiled sheet with a traditional corrugated profile. This non-insulated sheet has a working width of 1000mm and a corrugation height of 40mm. A robust profile – the perfect roof and façade sheet!
Asbestos removal
This profiled sheet is a popular choice for roofs that were previously covered with asbestos sheets. It offers a similar appearance as the original roofing, but with the added benefits of steel. Steel is known for being low-maintenance, lightweight and quick to install, making it an ideal choice for roofing!
New-build projects
This corrugated sheet is also widely used in new-build projects. When insulation is not necessary in a room, these sheets can serve as a roof or façade solution. This is a common scenario for structures such as sheds, where the primary function of the roof is to protect against rain.
Prevent condensation
Prevent condensation by adding anti-condensation felt to the profiled sheets. Condensation can form when a room is open. The anti-condensation felt applied to the inside of the sheet prevents the formation of droplets on the roof. Here at FALK, this felt is applied to the profiled sheet during production. Another way to prevent condensation is to ventilate the room properly.
Corrugated profile on the façade
This corrugated sheet can also be used on façades, in combination with a sandwich panel, as a support solution, or as a stand-alone panel. When used in combination with a sandwich panel, the panel acts as a support for the sheet. The sheet can be used for both horizontal and vertical applications.

Thanks to the unique Confidex® warranty provided by Tata Steel, these coatings are guaranteed for up to 40 years! In addition to these coatings, FALK offers a beautiful range of its own coatings for adding the finishing touches to your profiled sheets.
