The FALK 1140 KV panel is the perfect choice for your cold storage room. As it is available in a variety of coatings, such as our Contact Foodsafe and Non-Contact Foodsafe solutions, the FALK 1140 KV is also suitable for sectors where hygiene is paramount, such as the food and meat processing industry.

Sophisticated locking system
The FALK 1140 KV panel is equipped with a high-tech lock that has been specially developed for refrigeration applications. This lock has a labyrinth joint that provides an excellent airtight seal.
From core thicknesses above 100mm, FALK 1140 KV panels are connected using labyrinth joints. The 80mm wall panel has its own unique joint, which provides a similar level of airtightness to the labyrinth joint. This results in a stable and controlled room.
Your cold storage room, your way
The FALK 1140 KV panel is a great way to create a cold storage room that really suits your needs. The insulated wall panel can be made to measure in lengths of up to 20 metres. It is also possible to achieve high insulation values, as the FALK 1140 KV wall panel is available with a core thickness of up to 200mm. With its unique joining system, this refrigeration panel is ideal for constructing cold storage rooms, freezer rooms, climatic chambers and clean rooms.
This inner wall consists of two steel sheets with a PIR insulation core in between. The interior and exterior skins have a box profile as standard and are coated with our FALK Off-White interior coating. But the possibilities are endless! We also offer food-safe coatings for applications and sectors in which hygiene regulations are critical. And if you want to use this panel as a façade panel, there is a wide selection of coatings and profiles to choose from, including the micro-rib (8, 16 and 30mm) and box profiles.

In which colours are FALK sandwich panels available?
FALK sandwich panels are available in almost every colour imaginable. In most cases, the exterior skin is finished with a high-quality coating manufactured by Tata Steel (Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® or Colorcoat Prisma®); the standard finish for the interior skin is FALK Off-White. Can I also use the façade sandwich panels as (flat) roof panels?
Many of our façade sandwich panels can also be used as roof panels. The FALK 1140 KV PD, FALK 1000 TR PD and FALK 1100 TR3+ PD roof panels are specially designed for flat roofs (a roof pitch between 2 to 4 degrees). The FALK 1000 GL, FALK 1000 TR and FALK 1100 TR3+ are for pitched roofs. You can easily continue these from your façade to your roof, creating a unique design.
